Combines lasers with classic strategy game.
This program Development game is a chess-like board game that has two built in lasers and movable Egyptian-themed game pieces that have embedded mirrors which can be position to bounce the laser light around the board and hit opponent pieces. Players alternate turns moving Egyptian themed mirrored pieces around the playing field after which they fire their laser beam with the goal of illuminating their opponents pieces to eliminate them from the game. It has computer, network and self paly modes. Its fun and easy to learn because all the pieces, the pharaoh, the Djeds, the Pyramids and the Obelisks move or rotate in the same way. To play, players alternate moving their pieces around the board. Some pieces have mirrors and some do not. Bounding the board is an elevated frame into which are built two lasers, one for each player. The game pieces include a "pharaoh", obelisks, and pyramids with mirrors. After each move, The laser of this player starts. The beam bounces from mirror to mirror around the playing field. The challenge is to protect ones own pharaoh while maneuvering to "light up" the opposing players pharaoh. This program Development has exclusively difficult and interesting playing mechanism, it gives unlimited possibilities for using logical and creative capabilities of players. It has laser beam, Animation, sound effects, options, levels, music, save/load, layouts, friendly interface and other featuress.
