Declans Chinese Dictionary for Windows Mobile and Pocket PC uses the CEDICT Chinese-English dictionary database. Declans Chinese Dictionary allows flexible searches of the dictionary including using Pinyin (with and without firmness numbers). The CEDICT directories are not shipped with Declans Chinese Dictionary yet need to be downloaded and installed manually.

A free demo can be downloaded from your link below. To become able to make use of the software for more than 15 days and 250 queries, the program needs to become registered.
