All your messaging can be performed without fear of unintentionally sending mail out associated with your company.
In add-on, there is absolutely no junk mail plus no non-company e-mailing. Almost everything in SnapMail is business business. SnapMail also attaches remote offices securely throughout the Internet, creating the "virtual LAN. "
SnapMail is plug and have fun with software. It installs within a minute and is usually immediately usable. SnapMail configures itself and finds additional users within the network with out system administration.

Along with regular email messages, send “Snaps” that will notify the recipient along with an alert pop-up.
React to Snaps directly or even with a single computer mouse click using preconfigured “SnapBacks” (e. g. Take the message for me, Indeed, Tell them to keep, etc. )
Administrate additional computers on the network. Capabilities include transmitting of defined groups, general preferences, templates, networking settings, SnapBacks, user lists and templates.
Send attachments with your mail (including folders).
Determine if your sent mail has been read.
Proofread your messages using a while-you-type built-in spell checker with spelling suggestions.
Send reminder messages to yourself or others that will arrive at some future time.
Decide how you will be notified of mail delivery with sounds, icons, and alert boxes.
Find other users on your local network automatically and connect to remote users or an entire remote office over the Internet.
