Check class target versions in a Java jar.
Examine a Java jar to make sure all the javac -target versions of
the class files are what you expect.

Needs Java version 1. 5 or later.
All Java source code is incorporated.
to use:
java -jar jarlook. jar jartotocheck. jar 1. 1. 4
where jartocheck. jar is the name of jar to check.
It is going to check almost all the class files in it.
In this instance:
one 1 is the lowest acceptable target edition number.
one 4 will be the highest acceptable focus on version number.
Currently, just version numbers one zero, 1. 1, one two, 1. 3, one four, 1. 5
and one. 6 are supported. The particular program does not presently check
minor version figures.
Why would you make use of this utility! To ensure that the jar
intended to work under an old one. 1 JVM contains simply no classes
accidentally compiled along with javac -target 1. five. Passing this particular
