This is an arcade/action game.

This is actually the first of many video games starring Segas premier animal, Sonic. Its a part scrolling platform game along with a difference: speed. Chevy sonic rushes through levels along with incredible speed, allowing your pet to traverse loops plus jumps with ease.

The particular plot of the sport is easy. The evil Doctor. Robotnik has captured numerous of Sonics animal buddies, and trapped them within robots. Fortunately, Sonic may free his friends simply by destroying the robots along with his spin attack. In the mean time, Dr. Robotnik is attempting in order to control the all-powerful mayhem emeralds. Sonic must get them before he will in the 3-d revolving bonus levels.
