Period Billing and Accounting Software program: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory, Period Billing, Sales Analysis, plus Bank Reconciliation.
Client projects/jobs are tracked by priority and due date. Project leaders may be assigned to jobs and the tasks which make in the jobs may be designated to general employees.
Period is billed against the particular tasks which can make up a job. The hourly rate charged is based on the task type or through an optional custom price for your task. A stopwatch and time calculator are usually included.
User-defined financial statements can be created through a simple set-up process. GL account totals and stock totals can be looked at on display screen with drill-down to authentic source transactions.
Sample information is provided and right now there is an optional Getting Started wizard to assist with entering initial live data. The wizard sets up common GL accounts which usually can later be transformed, deleted, or put into.
Modification and Delphi source program code available for several directories.
