This program is the multi-currency distribution and sales system: General Ledger, Balances Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply, Purchase Orders, Sales Purchases and Quotes, Sales Evaluation, and Bank Reconciliation. Can be upgraded to BS1 Enterprise along with Manufacturing.
Sales orders might be optionally entered since quotes and printed regarding customer approval. When accepted, the status is transformed to On Order. Selecting slips may be imprinted for the shipping division. Bills of lading might be printed to proceed with the shipments. Several shipments are allowed for each order. Invoices are instantly created from the delivery data.
Scheduling of deliveries, purchasing and manufacturing will be facilitated by a statement showing current inventory amounts, sales orders and buy orders.
Multi-currency features help purchasing and selling worldwide (import and export). The particular default selling price will be automatically converted to the particular customers currency. Payables plus receivables are tracked individually for every currency and the particular GL automatically converts income and expenses to home currency. Gain or reduction due to exchange price fluctuations is tracked.
User-defined financial statements could be produced through a simple installation process. GL account counts and inventory totals can be seen on screen with drill-down to original source dealings.
Sample data is offered and there is a good optional Starting out wizard in order to assist with entering preliminary live data. The sorcerer sets up common GL accounts which can later on be changed, deleted, or even put into.
Customization and Delphi source code available with regard to several databases.
