The Simple Tools Phone Directory and Out Board provides your own organisation with both a good online Phone Directory plus a way for personnel to indicate their motions.
Using the tools, you plus your colleagues can easily appear up a staff cell phone number and know exactly where that person is plus when they will become back. All before a person ring them.
The telephone Directory site
* Displays staff titles, phone numbers, roles, sections and cell/mobile number
