Many improvements to the sample simulations. Added a 'beep when finished' checkbox to the 'Evolve/Evolve To...' dialog. Corrected faults when displaying highly eccentric orbits. Improved the algorithm used to calculate the magnitude of a non-luminous body. Various minor bug fixes and improvements.
