TxtPad

TxtPad is a replacement for Windows Notepad.

This program is a replacement with regard to the editor delivered with Microsoft Windows.

Several documents can be opened within a program instance. Navigation between the files will be made with tabs, like the well known function of internet browsers, called tabed browsing.

This program supports syntax highlighting for control scripts, HTML, Java, Object Pascal, Perl, PHP, SQL, configuration and log documents. Multi-level undo and remodel supports you, even like the simple to use interface, obvious icons and usefull shortcuts.

There is no need to configure or install the program. It works away of the box and makes no changes to the system directory or the system registry. You can start This program from an usb-stick or, if you still have one, from a floppy disk.
