Soon after set up O and O DriveLED provides you the capability to make an intensive evaluation of all of your hard disks. Every hard disk that supports S. M. A. R. T. can operate self tests. Using O and O DriveLED a person can start a personal test of your tough disk with just one computer mouse click. During the checks several parameters and features are now being consecutively checked. Amongst other things, the user interface, the surface and the mechanics - actually every read head - are being checked. Afterwards the error log will be read and finally also the S. M. A. R. T. system itself will be tested.
At the end and if there were no failures discovered, the corresponding entry turns on in green color. When some failures occurred, O and O DriveLED may notify you. In this particular case it is strongly recommended to back-up your data.
Access supervising on the desktop
Maybe you have often asked yourself exactly why your hard disk starts up even when you arent writing anything to it! Until now, you could only check hard disk activity by looking at the little lamp (LED) on the front of your computer. But who wants to end up being constantly looking beneath the desk whilst trying to function or play games!
