-Two removing modes:
1) Motion Compensation - ideal for video with steady motion. Filter takes unknown pixels from prevous frame ond moves it according to framework motion;
2) Blur -- good alternative for Motion Compensation in complex-motion video clips or scene changes
-Flexibility: filter has enough flexibility process anime and some other cartoons, VHSrip and HIGH DEFINITION video, static and dynamic scenes with any subtitle languages
-Tiny memory utilization;
