Balanced Scorecard management software
Well balanced Scorecard Designer (BSC Designer) is software that easily simplifies the process of generating and managing Balanced Scorecards or KPI groups. Along with BSC Designer you may be able to generate a set of crucial performance indicators, define human relationships between groups, goals, plus specify the importance associated with indicators. BSC Designer offers a flexible method to estimate performance values based on indicators settings, such as min/max values, target values, dimension units. The resulted Scorecard can be exported directly into MS Excel file regarding further processing.
With BSC Designer you are able to create the set of Key Efficiency Indicators and group all of them into categories. Each class and each indicator (goal) includes a relative weight, which usually governs the importance associated with this indicator. You are able to establish your own relative weight load or use an evening out function, where BSC Developer will calculate the beliefs itself.
The indicator (goal) also offers a current, minutes and max values. Based on optimization strategy these types of values are involved within calculation of the efficiency within the metrics class and the total efficiency of the Balanced Scorecard.
After the scorecard is created it can be exported into MS Excel for even more usage and integration with businesses systems, such as CRM or ERP. A better option is saving the designed scorecard and sharing it with co-workers both as a. bsc file (native BSC Designer file type) and an MS Excel file.
