Console tool for shortcut editing/creating
This program is a console regulation from the Windows dialog with regard to manipulation of shell hyperlinks (aka shortcuts). The device will not surprise with new functions but simply allows to view, create and edit shell links (i. e. target, working directory, window mode, icon and description) using DOS boxes or batch files. A detailed usage description can be obtained via the --help parameter.
