Concurrent file collaboration, version system
VIEWS is a concurrent document collaboration and version program provides file sharing, editing and enhancing by multiple users within a network. This program offers safe file collaboration, computerized version management and back-up. This program can be used in any network very easily, started directly.
Safe back-up and automated version administration:
When an user checks-in the file, server creates the backup and records the comment for changes. Almost all versions of a document can be checked very easily in the server. Checked-in documents are also stored at the particular clients backup folder instantly, user can easily see the document later, check-in again very easily when the previously checked-in files have problem. Machine administrator can control the particular number of backup documents, server removes the earliest backup files automatically in order to maintain the specified number associated with backups and enough drive spaces. Server administrator may restore the files edition to the old 1, by request of customers or some reasons.
Quick messaging between working customers:
When an user would like to use a document, it is possible that this file is checked-out (occupied) by other user. In those days, user can send a note to the occupier requesting check-in schedule, etc.. Almost all user can send the message to his team users to notify essential changes created by the consumer. Administrator can setup the notification message and customers can see this in login time.
Interactive consumer interfaces:
This program uses unique console window that shows information and accept the command execution by double-clicking the command line. This enables an administrator, and a good user can work intuitively.
