Easy to use FTP with powerful features.
This program offers an easy to use yet powerful interface with regard to transferring files and files. Features include:
Remote Surfing around - remote browsing allows you to navigate to files and folders on an FTP server using the familiar Windows interface. Remote surfing around supports accessing files below the login folder (if allowed from the server) and allows new folders to be created.
Automatic Type Selection - This program can automatically detect the type of file being transferred. This allows files to be moved without having worrying about setting ASCII or BIN mode on the server - a common cause of problems when uploading web sites.
Store Mode - This program can be configured to only upload files that have changed since the last transfer. This powerful feature is ideal with regard to updating web sites, carrying out off-site backups and limiting the amount of time needed to perform normally lengthy updates. This program can also control the file extension sorts that are transferred plus force ASCII or RUBBISH BIN mode transfers.
Chmod assistance - for servers assisting the website CHMOD command This program allows UNIX file permissions to become set automatically. The chmod interface allows permissions in order to be set directly within octal or by manipulating each permission directly.
Move scripting - Catfood FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL Wizard allows any control to be sent in order to the server either prior to, during or after move.
