Text cleanup and transformation.
Changes text with many feasible cleanups, including
preparation associated with HTML and Java, aiming in columns, character
arranged conversion, case converting, eliminating excess white
space, eliminating blank lines, preparing regex expressions....
converts raw textual content using the following possible cleanups:
one Quoting for CODE, e. g. dealing along with ampersand or accented figures.
2. Converting HTML organizations; back to plain figures.
3. Stripping out CODE tags
4. Quoting with regard to Java String literals
electronic. g. c: \MyDir\MyFile. txt -> "c: \\MyDir\\MyFile. txt"
5. Quoting with regard to Java char[] literals
