The software has been created as universal product for surveillance cross platforms running concurrently with wireless and wired IP cameras, TV-boards, capture cards, power-line, and USB cameras. It has web interface with the identical look and functionality on the local and distant workstations. Customers view MPEG-4 coded picture and have complete management of the software using net that surveillance workstation can be run with no monitor, keyboard, and mouse connected. Program`s modular configuration extensively boosts reliability because all parts proceed as independent applications. If one part freezes, other units continue running. For instance if the `record` module stops working, `watchdog` starts again it instantly that users don`t notice anything because they are watching video through a `playback` module. The software makes `repeated` recording that the `hard drive full` situation never occurs. The recording can be non-stop or it can be initiated by movement, human face recognition, or by timetable. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty simple and performs on the surveillance computer as well as on apart pc through Web interface. The software makes synchronized video playback for event analysis from many webcams concurrently. Also recorded information can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded information can be encrypted and password protected.
