This program is a program that keeps teams in control of their documents, with out the need for complicated databases or maintenance.
This program users can organise their particular documents using information currently kept in those documents : and combine this along with templates based on typical approaches. Templates are integrated for established methods like as Prince 2 and ISO9001.
Using a simple and customisable drag and drop interface, users can choose different views to work on documents. Views include Stages and deliverables; People; Categories, Dates and a traditional Folder view. And because all information is stored in the documents themselves, its always accurate - even when documents are copied or even moved.
When an amount of users work jointly on the same paperwork, This program will highlight adjustments automatically - even whenever made by users with out This program installed.
