The SemWare Editor Professional ( This program ) v4. 4 with regard to Windows (9x/Me/NT/2000/XP/Vista or greater) is a compact, fully-featured text editor that will be ideal for programmers, with regard to users needing to change data files (both big and small), as nicely as anyone needing a fast, powerful, general purpose text editor. Load because many files (long filenames supported) as Windows virtual memory enables. Files may be loaded in normal text mode or in binary mode (great with regard to editing/viewing non-ASCII files), and additionally offers a HEX mode view, which can be toggled on/off with regard to each file. Use the editors video macro to adjust the size of the editors display around the Windows desktop, choosing one of the predefined windows sizes, a custom defined size, or choose to use the maximum columns/rows of Windows desktop. A few of the many features of the editor include: Powerful macro programming language (over 500 commands, including the ability to call DLLs) with debugger; multi-language compiler support; load and/or perform macros from within the editor, or from the command line; configurable menus/keyboard; block marking operations (includes column, character, and collection based blocks); regular manifestation search/replace; color syntax highlighting; spelling checker; pop-up ASCII chart; Windows clipboard support (in addition to editors internal clipboard); interactive construction; context-sensitive help system; GUI interface and more!
