DV capture and encoding on fly with DV date
This program is really a program for capturing DV video from IEEE-1394 Firewire and recompressing to some other formats in realtime.
Important features:
Display DV date/time stamp - detects documented DV date and period stamp and automatically imprints it on a movie frame:
- Once the day;
- Once one hour;
- Every scene;
Instantly operates your camcorder -- frees you from a few annoying operations to manage your camcorder each period before capture: rewind the tape, search for the start of a recoding, etc. Instantly captures:
- from the particular beginning to the current position associated with a tape;
- through the current tape placement to the end associated with a recording;
- the whole tape from the beginning in order to the end;
- any given timecode interval;
Realtime recompression to AVI or ASF formats - recompresses taken video to an AVI file with any DirectShow or VfW compressor set up on your computer including DivX (AVI) or the Windows Media ASF file (WMV) on the fly.
Moments detection, capture to several files - detects moments and writes them in order to just one file or in order to the multiple files.
Works some tasks to create the capture process much more comfortable:
- wizard like interface;
- display a catch progress;
- automatically rewind a tape after the particular capture;
- automatically shutdown a PC after the particular capture;
