Talk and Debate Timekeeper is definitely an open source, multi-platform timer for speech and argument competitions. It has talk order and time limitations preset for Policy, Lincoln-Douglas, Parliamentary, Public Forum, Planet Schools, Karl Popper, plus miscellaneous debate formats simply because well as individual activities.
This timer gives visible and/or vocal time indicators at user defined periods so that you may never have to provide regular time signals or often look at the period. In late each speech, cross-examination, or preparation, the timer automatically sets itself in order to time the next factor that needs timing on the push of a key. No stopwatch or common purpose timer comes this particular close to fulfilling the particular role of a devoted timekeeper in a circular.
