Web Site Creation
Compass Collectables allows you to easily design and maintain a website of your collection that you can share with your friends. Once you have added your collection to Compass Collectables a website can be created by following just a few easy steps.
Some features of the website include:
* Many different color schemes and layouts to choose from
* Add images of your collection
* Ability to only distribute the information you would like e. g. prevent fields like price paid from becoming published
* Ability to watermark your images

Filtering and Searching
Columns in the list may be filtered (in the same way to using excel). This allows you to show only records that meet your criteria (ex. only Badges and Spots from 1986), making it easy to find what you would like.
Grouping lets you set up your records in a folder like structure by common data. A normal way to group Badges and Patches would be by Country then by Support providing a folder like structure where you could open a Country in that case view all the Services with regard to that Country; then you may open the Service folder to view the records.
Sophisticated Record Copying
Copy report allows you to replicate a records data in to a new record. This also allows you in order to setup a default duplicate rule which means you only duplicate the information you would like. Excellent for when you are usually adding most of the same kind of records.
Fall Information Lists
Drop down information lists are user definable drop down lists with regard to easy data insertion. Numerous fields use the exact same values repeatedly e. gary the gadget guy. Country, Service and Materials. By using a fall information list you can include values that are utilized frequently towards the list producing it quicker and simpler to add information.
