Add text tag to any folder. Freeware.

This freeware program adds the new document "Folder tag" to Windows Explorer "File|New" menu. Tag - small file with text description and keyword list - can be placing in any Windows folder. Further, Folder tag storing the window placement (for each file) and saving input text without having additional mouse clicks.
