Creates a Table of Contents for a PDF file.
The This program tool allows you to produce a Table of Contents for any document. Each entry within the Table of Contents can show the appropriate page for that access (as in a traditional Table of Contents with regard to a printed document). This program uses bookmarks found within the PDF document to generate the Table of Contents.
The Table of Contents is thus a strong tool for navigating close to your document.
