Perspective Times is an Perspective Addin. It adds fresh features to your Ms Outlook installation. Specifically, Perspective Times help you manage time and project reporting.
Perspective Times is designed for single users as well as users of small to big organizations. The main feature let you manage your Perspective calender appointments, tag them with project or client info and export them to Microsoft Excel with regard to printout or further combination.
Simply add and edit your personal list of tags to be used with your Outlook work schedule info. This tag, together with existing info in Perspective, gives you the fundamental time reporting info you need - date, description, duration, tag.
Whenever you next make an appointment in Outlook, you can very easily tag it to a particular project or client. This can be carried out from your appointment form or from your Outlook overview. Your tag is stored collectively with the item.
Perspective Times let you export your time and project information to Excel with a few clicks of the mouse. You can select different export criterias. A customizable Excel template will be used for the statement, and you may use existing powerful Excel features to type, filter and summarize the report. A diagram can automatically be created because an export option.
Perspective Times Addin is tested on Microsoft Outlook 2000 SP4, Outlook XP, Perspective 2003 and Outlook 2007 and Microsoft Excel 2000 SP4, Excel XP, Stand out 2003 and Excel 2007. No specific requirements on OS apart from that the Perspective and Excel installations will be configured and working correctly. This program does not require Exchange Server and will work with or without it.
