ActiveX DLL that sends/receives SMS via GSM
ActiveSMS is an ActiveX DLL which allows you to completely handle GSM, GPRS, HSCSD and UMTS terminals.
Very easily integrable into any software written in whichever language that supports ActiveX technologies (Visual Basic, Visual Chemical,. NET, Borland Delphi, Energy Builder, and so forth. ), ActiveSMS was designed mainly in order to provide developers with the tool capable of delivering and receiving SMS communications with optimal performance.
Designers, using an easy-to-use user interface that exports methods plus events, can integrate these features in their software:
Reception and forwarding associated with sms.
Reception and forwarding of flash messages.
A number of forwarding of SMS communications (the same message will be forwarded to N addressees exact same time).
Status reviews (delivery reports) handling.
Tone of voice call handling (both inbound and outgoing).
Reception plus forwarding of binary communications (logos, melodies, EMS, WAP indications).
Handling of phonebooks of both SIM plus terminal.
ActiveSMS supports the particular main terminals of the particular most important producer businesses (Siemens, SonyEricsson, Wavecom, Falcom, Telit... ) and almost all terminals compliant with ETSI and 3GPP standards. This supports serial connections, IrCOMM, IrDA, USB and Wireless bluetooth and allows to connect with the terminals each in PDU mode plus in Text Mode.
