Permissions Manager is a Home windows shell extension for prolonged control over files plus folders permissions. This capital t is quite different compared to generic Windows security discussion. It allows creating predetermined sets of access handle entries (presets) and using these presets to document system objects. Permissions Manager is displayed since "Easy Security" tab within file properties.
