Simplifies document filing by use of barcodes
Simple Bar Code Filer, the name says it all, a simple to utilize program that files documents by pub codes. The program reads pub codes on invoices, work orders, purchase orders, staff records or some kind of other document that has a pub code on it. The bar code works because an unique identifier and the document can be named the contents of the pub code for easy retrieval. For instance a check number becomes the pub code and then the file name once processed. When the user secrets in the check quantity the check and supporting documentation are retrieved. If a second barcode is obtainable it may use the second barcode to create a bookmark in the output PDF or place the file inside a given client folder.
The program will automatically append or replace an existing file. If appending, the webpages are added and a book mark is placed in the output PDF showing when it has been appended. These barcodes can also be used to segregate different document sections in a master document.
Two barcodes can become used allowing for total flexibility in scanning and filing structured documents. Another barcode can be used to place all of 1 clients transactions inside a separate folder.
The program has a monitor function making it perfect for use with a copier that scans to a file folder on a network. The user may use the copier in order to automatically name and document scanned documents
The pub code itself can become placed on the record by the software that will creates the original record such as invoice figures, purchase orders and so forth may be placed on the particular document by accounting software program, or by using a protect page creator which is incorporated with Simple Bar program code Filing.
Simple Bar Program code Filer comes with the retrieval module and cover up page creation module that will can be used upon each work station without having additional charges.
