Easy animations with effects.

This program Development! Development! Development! creates GIF and AVI animations upon the base of predetermined effects (such as shifting objects, small particles, operating text, wave, shake, look, explosion, changing brightness).

System features:

- loads record picture for created computer animation from BMP, JPEG, PSD, PCX, TGA, PNG plus GIF- files;

- handles the list of computer animation effects and calls modify dialogs to set guidelines of each effect;

-- defines animation parameters: count number of frames, delay plus quantity of loops;

- develops animation on the foundation of listing of animation results;

- exports created animated graphics to GIF and AVI- files;

- optimizes dimension of created GIF- documents;

- saves animation scripts in AME- files;

-- creates GIF and AVI- files from command collection in batch mode;

-- supports internationalization.
