A plan to communicate with cell phone TTY/TDD devices (Telecommunications Products for that Deaf) via the sound card, without TTY modem. An easy interface among sound card and cell phone line or acoustic link with phone handset are usually used. Together with "Virtual Audio Cable" software CallTTY could work via Skype Internet-phone, without additional hardware in all.
