WorkRoll is a bug system that isnt just a bug-tracker. As of version two. 62. 3, it includes the ability to collect external feedback from users who don’t have accounts on your own WorkRoll system: ideal with regard to collecting beta feedback upon your website or software program. Windows installer takes lower than five minutes to set up (or download a BATTLE file for other systems). Installation and use are usually fully web-based. Features include: sorting; filtering, file attachments; tiered access; e-mail notifications; import/export; organize by project, status, priority, assigning user, assigned-to user, deadline, dev instance, version; restrict customers to specific projects or even to read-only status; assortment of feedback from external (non-registered) users via the web; etc .
