Includes 33 functions and several switches and also multiple examples to produce FTP client applications. Helps S/KEY password encryption. Works with all versions PowerBASIC (PB/CC, PB/DLL and PB/WIN). Does not depend on support libraries. Makes calls to Windows API functions only. The FCE DLLs can also used with VB (Visual Basic.
