Assign Daily Split Shifts to 25 Employees.

The Split-25 Excel spreadsheet produces schedules where each employee can be assigned to 1 or 2 groups (manager, cook, waiter, etc. ), 1 or 2 locations (Store A, Store B, etc. ) and 1 or 2 times (10: 30 AM - 1: 30 PM and 4: 00 PM - 8: 00 PM) each day with regard to up to a month. Shift assignments are made from drop-down menus of competent employees. The spreadsheet can enforce age-related work rules and also keep track of your payroll budget centered on employee wages and scheduled hours. It produces various schedules and calendars as well as a vCalendar file to transfer schedules to your PDA, Smart Phone and Perspective Calendar for handy research. The spreadsheet is obtainable in sizes for 25, 50, 100 and a hundred and fifty employees. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is needed. During the free test period restrictions apply with respect to the quantity of schedules displayed.
